Description
This is a cozy and charming 4 bedroom rancher with a 2 bedroom loft in the back above the detached garage. It is full of comfort and warmth nestled at the foot of Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain. Convenient highway access puts you downtown in minutes! With tons of great food options and activities to do downtown. Nearby there are also multiple trails and attractions like Rock City, the Aquarium, Ruby Falls, and more.
The front main Ranch house has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are smart TV's in 2 of the 4 bedrooms along with a 50 inch smart TV in the living room. Out front, there is plenty of parking as well as some additional parking behind the house in front of the detached garage. Above the garage is where the 2 bedrooms 1 full bath Loft is, which is accessed by an outside staircase attached to a large deck. This deck provides awesome views with an outdoor table and chairs. Each room has its own tv in the Loft.
Both of these units have full kitchens with basic cooking ware, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. Each unit also has a Keurig with several different coffee options available. These units do not have a dishwasher.

Property was located near most of the main attractions in Chattanooga. Easy to get to. Less than 2 minutes from interstate 5 minutes from Wal-mart.

Property was perfect for our large group. We were able to all have our own bedrooms and the loft space made for a great second hang out space. We really enjoyed sitting on the loft balcony in the afternoon. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities and very clean. The couches and beds were very comfortable. Property is situated well close to the downtown area and Uber is very responsive in the area. Owners were very accommodating and respond quickly. The interior was very well decorated and felt like staying in a friends home instead of a rental. We really enjoyed the space and would book again.

Youll love this home! Our family of ten adults gathered here for our Christmas together having traveled from three different states. We were all comfortable and had our own spaces. It is super convenient to grocery stores as well as downtown Chattanooga. Your host, Matt, is a champ at communicating. But best of all, it is the cleanest place youll ever stay in. Impeccably clean. Hotels should take lessons from this property on cleanliness. Updated decor, plush towels, great washer & dryer. The beds were perfect. We all slept like babies; ten adults and no one complained about a bad nights sleep. A great stay!
