This adorable 2 bedroom Loft sits above a detached garage and is 5 minutes from downtown Chattanooga! This home sits close to highway 24 which gives you convient access downtown in minutes! Our guests love that this loft is so close to downtown and centrally located. This quiet neighborhood is a great place to stay while exploring Chattanooga and it is full of comfort and warmth nestled at the foot of Lookout mountain and Raccoon mountain. Within 10 minutes you can be at the local attractions like Rock City, the aquarium, Ruby Falls, and more. If you love adventure, raccoon mountain is 5 minutes away and lookout mountain is 10.

Our 2 bedroom loft is located above a detached garage behind the main home that is also a vacation rental. There is parking for 2 vehicles behind the home next to the loft. You may see guests during your stay that are staying in the main home - the cleaners will also need access to the garage for cleaning supplies. Please note the stairs to enter the loft are fairly steep and may be difficult for those with mobility issues!
It has recently been completely updated with brand new wood flooring throughout. The full bathroom has a new toilet and vanity with a standing shower and new shaker cabinets with gorgeous butcher block counter tops in the kitchen. There is a 12 x 15 X 39 deck with new boards, handrails, and outdoor seating with 4 chairs!
Each room has its own smart tv and there is a large smart tv in the living room. There is plenty of space to park two cars in front of the detached garage.
It has a full kitchen with basic cooking ware; pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. There is a keurig with a medium roast coffee option availalble. There is NO dishwasher and NO grill.

Our stay was wonderful and the loft was cozy, well-furnished, and comfortable. The location could not have been better -- only 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions and 15 from downtown Chattanooga. Matt and Brianna were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to or friends and family.

The place was very clean, and they made everything easy and accommodating! Having food restrictions one of our favorite small details was in the binder with restaurant suggestions it was noted which places offered vegan and gluten-free options! It made finding a spot to eat a breeze! Thank you... it was the perfect place for our one night stay.
