It is close to highway 24 which gives you quick convenient highway access to downtown in minutes! With tons of great food options and activities to do downtown. Nearby there are also multiple trails and attractions like Rock City, the aquarium, Ruby Falls, and more. Come relax at this lovely home away from home.

Back behind this home is a detached garage with a 2 bedroom loft that is also rented out as a vacation rental. During your stay you may see other guests parked behind the home in front of the garage. There are smart TV's in 2 of the 4 bedrooms along with a 50 inch smart TV in the Living room. Out front, there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles as well as street parking. 

This Ranch home has a full kitchen with basic cooking ware; pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. There is a washer and dryer with a little sitting room with a table that can sit 6 people. This is a great spot to enjoy a meal or to work on some business while out of town. There is a keurig with a medium roast available for all of our coffee lovers.
There is no dishwasher in this unit.
