Power to the microwave stopped. We called and spoke to a property manager who was very nice and helpful. She directed us to the breaker box where we flipped the breaker and all was working again.

Excellent location and wonderful accommodations! We wanted a place close to restaurants and near the convention center and this was it! Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, ample living spaces and well appointed kitchen! Highly recommend!

As I stated above the property was perfect for our needs. We had a family fishing vacation with 7 adults and there was ample parking and the proximity was very close to our fishing location which is what we wanted. Yes there was some interstate noise because of the proximity to the interstate but we knew that because of our research prior to booking. The price was fair and we all were satisfied. Except that it rained the whole time we were there but thats not River Citys fault!!

My friends and I had a PERFECT stay. The house was beautiful, and well kept. There was plenty of space and all of the beds were comfortable. Zero complaints

My main contact at River City was with Brianna Johnson. We spoke via cell phone and email both prior, during and following my stay. Ms. Johnson was both friendly and professional in our conversations. She was very helpful in the initial booking of Hamilton and also with follow-up to our stay.

My husband and I rented a three-bedroom home with River City Rentals for the month of February 2023. The house we rented was conveniently located on the North Shore in Chattanooga with easy access to shopping and restaurants, as well as, a short distance from the 'Walking Bridge' to downtown Chattanooga. The house was well-designed with each spacious bedroom having access to its own full bath. The furnishing were stylish with color-coordinated rugs, pillows and bedspreads. The living room/dining room had a lovely deck which provided outdoor space to enjoy our meals. I was particularly impressed with the amenities provided including: full set of dishes, tableware, glassware, cookware, coffee and tea. Having use of the washer/dryer was a definite plus. We plan to visit Chattanooga next year and rent again with River City Rentals. Hopefully, Hamilton property will be available.

They were friendly, and prompt and helpful with answering any questions we had.

We booked this so our family could spend time together for our parent's 40th anniversary. It was such a perfect place for that! We could relax or visit area attractions, cook our own meals or go eat out. It's just a good location! We made special memories as a family! And if we ever come back to the area we would definitely try to get this place again! Thank you!

In town for junior tennis tournament. Property very close to Girls Preparatory School. Cute/safe neighborhood. Plenty of comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Everything clean on arrival!
