DOG FRIENDLY - Spacious and Cozy Home - Close to Covenant College!

Welcome to Lookout Ridge Place! This spacious home is newly remodeled with lots of charm just 5 minutes away from Covenant College up on Lookout Mountain. This property is dog friendly - there is a MAX of 2 dogs allowed. This is the main home on the property: there is a guest home right next door that is also a vacation rental. A short 10 minute drive has you at some of Chattanooga's favorite attractions like Ruby falls, Rock city, and Point Park.  20 minutes away is the famous Saint Elmo Historical District and Downtown Chattanooga which has TONS of restaurants and sightseeing right on the Tennessee River.

This home is very family friendly! Equipped with a grill, arcade games, board games and two great private outdoor seating areas at this home; one on the front porch and the other near the back door which is where you will enter and exit the home. When entering the home you are welcomed by the large living room with a huge sofa and a seating area that is a great space to spend time with the family. There are also 2 large arcade games and a high-top table to play board games. In the fully stocked kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook a meal; pots, pans, cookware utensils, plate ware, drinkware, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen next to the coffee buffet station - we happily provide a medium roast coffee for our guests and the dining room is just off the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms that all have queen beds and a smart TV in each bedroom. One of the bedrooms has a full bathroom and the other full bathroom is in the hallway - both showers are standing showers. 

Things you should know about this property:
-The guest house on the property is also a vacation rental. You will NOT have access to their private porch, grill, or firepit.
- This property is Dog friendly - NO Cats - there is a $60 dog fee/dog. MAX amount is 2 dogs. 
- This home has a ring camera outside and is under survelliance.
- There is a charcoal grill on the property for this home that you are more then welcome to use during your stay. We do not provide charcoal. 
- Parking - There is room to park 3 vehicles in the designated gravel parking area.
- There is NO cable TV - The smart TV allows you to log into your own streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.
