This is a newly remodeled farmhouse style home with very convenient highway access to downtown Chattanooga. Within minutes you can be at our popular attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Aquarium. This home is full of comfort and warmth nestled at the foot of Lookout mountain and Raccoon mountain. With tons of great food options and activities to do downtown.
This farmhouse style rancher has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are smart TV's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms along with a 50 inch smart TV in the Living room. Out front, there is street parking available as well as two spots in the driveway.
This Ranch home has a full kitchen with basic cooking ware; pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. There are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. There is a dining room table and a large couch nestled in the living room to add extra comfort. There is a keurig with several different coffee options available for all of our coffee lovers.

OH MY GOSH! Your team is AMAZING. When looking to book, we reached out and mentioned hat since we had a special needs child who's medical condtiion can change rapidly, we really could use a place that had a 24-hour reservation cancellation policy instead of the usual 1-2 weeks (which is totally understandable). When we inquired about this, tea your team was super responsive and helpful. We were able to book our trip knowing that should something rapidly change, River City Rentals were willing to work with our situation.

My wife, 4 kids and I had not traveled at all since our special needs son was born in 2017. He spent 10 months in the NICU and since behind home he has required ongoing nurisng and medical care. He's steadily improving and will ultimately grow out of this phase of his life. To be at a place in his journey to be able to travel again is something we've looked forward to for years.
Your team and this rental didn't just help make traveling happen, it was a part of a huge milestone that we have waited so long for. Thank you. Know that you never are just a company that provides vacation rentals, although you dot hat extremely well. You connect families with memories and milestones that they will look back on for the rest of their lives. For that, we are so very grateful!

The house was wonderful and sparkling clean! It was comfortable and spacious for our family of four and also has a beautiful, large backyard. The mattresses felt new and very comfortable as well. We loved the proximity to downtown Chattanooga and Cloudland Canyon, since it was right off the highway. We would definitely stay here again!
