This home has a full kitchen that includes dishes, cookware, and a dishwasher along with a laundry machine and dryer. It has a nice spacious front deck to enjoy the view from throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front. There are smart TV's in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in this home along with a large smart TV in the living room. Please note that the oven in this kitchen is older and may take some time to preheat if you are planning on cooking.
***There are 3 vacation rentals on this property. This is the large main home which is connected to an addition that has an upstairs and downstairs unit. There is no access to the other units inside. Each unit has their own private and separate entrance.
This property sits on top of a hill. There is an asphalt driveway that leads to the top with plenty of parking available.

Overall, our stay was superb! If I were to add one comment of improvement, it would be that the hot water in the kitchen sink wasnt functioning for washing dishes and that the drinking water and ice dispenser in the fridge didnt seem to be working properly. We brought our own ice and water bottles, so that wasnt a big problem.

The team members were excellent at communicating with us from the beginning. They provided great recommendations of local spots to check out. I never had to wait more than two hours for a response.

Hemlock Hill property was fabulous! It was a great, private oasis. We loved the layout of the house and it was set up perfectly for couples with kids. The beds and furniture were comfy and the rooms were relatively dark throughout the day (great for napping). The location was perfect-within 20 minutes to downtown but also about 30 minutes from multiple hiking spots. You get the best Id both worlds with this property-convenience and beauty! There was one guest staying in the adjacent property but you never saw/heard her-it still felt very private. We would certainly recommend this property to others hoping to stay in the Chattanooga area.

The house is beautiful with lots of character. Its got tons of charm. We had a family celebration and were very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a family of 12 dinner except wine glasses. My kids loved the goats. The hosts were great at communicating. The deck is no longer in the sparkling condition as it is portrayed in the pictures, but the view is beautiful and the sunset is amazing!

The house is larger than youd think and once you drive up the hill youre in for a treat the balcony that over looks the view is amazing . The pictures do it no justice. There are plenty of sleeping spaces and the kitchen was really the main area for entertaining . Its a beautiful home and its a nice family location.

What a gorgeous home in a gorgeous location! Close to everything but a perfect amount of privacy. The views are spectacular as well. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house that made our stay feel like a true vacation. Fantastic hosts in every way! Thank you!
