Overall our stay was spectacular. We truly enjoyed the cabins secluded location for a relaxing weekend and its close enough to Chattanooga that meals were easy to get to. Its well equipped with most necessities, the bed is comfy, and the outdoors is well furnished to allow for a nice time taking in nature. 10/10 would book again.

Briana and Christiana were great and fast with communication. They were so kind too in responses.

We loved our time staying at this airbnb. It was a nice home to come back to and relax at after exploring the city. It had everything we needed for our family. The hosts/rental company were very accommodating and have thought through everything when setting up this airbnb.

I had to call one time because we were having trouble getting the front door unlocked. Christianna was so helpful and kind. My husband ended up getting it unlocked before Christianna called me back, but she was, nonetheless, a huge help. Talking with her assured me that if we needed anything else during our stay, it would be an easy process to get it.

When searching for a rental property, I was initially skeptical about booking Oliver's Landing because previous renters had indicated how steep and narrow the road in front of the property as well as the driveway are. I was concerned because I drive a large Ford Expedition. I am so glad I didn't let those concerns stop me from booking, because they proved to be, really, a nonissue. Yes, the road and driveway are steep, but they're not unnavigable. Everything else about the house and property were so nice and comfortable that I easily forgot about these things that had intitally worried me.

Loved the whole experience! Property was all we'd hoped for and the scenery was fantastic.

Outdoor space was great! We had coffee on the deck every morning and spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors.

There was never a problem reaching some from River City Rentals. They always answered the phone - even on weekends.

We used all 3 units which was great for being together but still being able to have some privacy. This gave us 3 kitchens and 3 living rooms. We loved it.
